J.C. WARD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND
PROVIDING TO MEET A NEED
The J.C. Ward Memorial Scholarship has been a huge blessing to its recipients since its inception. Numerous students have been supported through the generous donations of the Hunter Hill First Baptist Church members, family and friends. The scholarship is funded in few simple ways: through Partners in Education (P.I.E.) and "Scholarship Sunday" offering (every 5th Sunday), and church apparel sells.
PARTNERS IN EDUCATION
In April 1990, the JC Ward Memorial Scholarship Committee formed Partners in Education (P.I.E.) to help fund our efforts with a monthly pledge program. You may become a PIE member today, and throughout the year, by filling out the form in the vestibule and returning it to a member of the scholarship committee or by clicking the link to"JOIN NOW".
SCHOLARSHIP SUNDAYS
Every 5th Sunday at Hunter Hill is Scholarship Sunday.
A special offering is collected on these days to support the scholarship fund.
